You may cancel your order without charge at any time before the cooking process has started. If you decide to cancel your order after it has been prepared, we regret that a refund cannot be offered, as the product is made to order and tailored specifically for you.

- Quality Issues: Should your food not meet reasonable quality standards, please reach out to us with photographic evidence within 2 hours of receiving your order. Upon review, we may provide a full or partial refund, depending on the nature of the complaint.
- Missing Items: In the rare event that your order arrives incomplete, contact us within 2 hours of the order receipt. A refund for the missing item(s) or a supplementary delivery will be arranged.
Non-Refundable Items
Our $ menu is carefully crafted and freshly prepared; hence, we are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind or taste preference after order has been prepared or delivered.
- Any complaints or concerns raised more than 2 hours after delivery has been completed.
- Unattended deliveries: If you are not available to receive your order upon delivery, and alternative arrangements are not made, a refund cannot be processed.
Processing of Refunds
